We didn't have History today but lately we have been looking into the after math of the civil war. I am not totally aware of anything big happening in the next 30 years after the war. I guess we are having a test next week which is kind of freaking me out since I will be in France for the next two weeks.

So I haven't posted on this in a long long time. I apologize for this but for some reason I can't remember till about 10 at night when I am in bed and lazy. Today we read statements made by people near the end or at the end of the war and I got one talking about the way the confederates reacted to Negroes after the war ended. It was obviously states that they didn't take it very well.
I need to start researching for the end of the year project but I can't bring myself to it. I have been very distracted by my trip come up to France.

Just took the History midterm today and I think I did a good job. This was the midterm I was most worried about because of the consistent 70's that I have gotten on the tests. But I was starting to do better with getting a 91 on my last one. I thought I added many details but was dissapointed that the ones I knew very very very well were not on it. But over all I think I did well and am hoping for a B.

I enjoy these classes where we have discussions between Transidentalism and today's society. Especially when we get into the political parts. I love politics. Mid terms are coming up and I am rather nervous. I shall start studying pronto.
